EUGENE, Ore. - The Eugene Generals (5-3-1) responded with a 4-2 win over the Glacier Nationals (4-3-0) after being upset least night.
After riding a three game losing streak, the Generals have reestablished themselves, and are now back to their winning ways.
The Generals came out tonight looking for the net, and they found it 16:17 into the first period when Hunter Hartman scored a power play goal.
In the second period, Glacier responded with a goal of their own when Kody Johnson lit the lamp 4:02 into the period.
Former Nationals player, and current Generals forward, Wyatt Duncan gave Eugene its second lead of the night when he scored an unassisted power play 6:56 into the second period.
Paul Kinder scored the Nationals final goal of the night 7:54 into the third period of the game.
The Generals put the game away midway through the third period.
Eugene received a goal from Kyle Ruchas, 10:36 into the period, and an unassisted goal from Justin Huelsman, 13:21 into the period.
The Generals will host the Vancouver Vipers Friday, Nov. 9, at 7:35 p.m.
