Generals Drop Third of the Season at Home

Eugene, OR – The Eugene Generals (33-14) were defeated 4-7 tonight at Lane Events Center-Ice by the Seattle Totems (42-5). The loss was only the third loss of the season for the Generals on home ice, and was only the second loss to the Totems in Eugene in the past two seasons.

“I was real happy with how we played the game tonight, but unfortunately we made to many mistakes and Seattle took advantage of that,” Generals Head Coach Chris Hartly. “If we can start playing a more mistake free game I’m confident that the outcome will start being the one we’re looking for.”

Justin Adams led the team with two goals, and Tyler Tymchuk had two assists. Brendan Elkins and Michael Frei each had a goal on the night and Trent McKee, Ian Evans, Aaron Morris and Garrett Driscoll each had an assist.
