The Eugene Generals (6-10-1) picked up a 9-2 win over the Seattle Jr. Thunderbirds (21-6-0) on Saturday night at The Rink Exchange in Eugene, Oregon to sweep a two-game series between the two teams.
Entering Friday night, it had been over two weeks since the Generals last were in action. Clearly, Eugene was ready to hit the ice, coming away with a 6-0 win in its series opener at The Rink Exchange versus the Seattle Jr. Thunderbirds.
The Eugene Generals (4-10-1) will host the Seattle Jr. Thunderbirds (21-4-0) for a two-game series scheduled for this upcoming Friday and Saturday night at The Rink Exchange in Eugene, Oregon.

Plymouth, MI – The Eugene Generals coaching staff completed a five-day trip to Plymouth, MI where they participated in a Coaching Cooperation program hosted by the USA National Team Development Program (NTDP). Head Coach Justin Kern, Assistant Coach Daniel Gomez, and Director of Hockey Operations Flint Doungchak worked alongside the staffs of NTDP.
